一、聚丙烯(PP)
1、 Polypropylene (PP)
抗冲击能力差(在高载重条件下容易断裂),强度好,耐侯(抗老化,抗紫外线等)时间短,耐高温,收缩率小,托盘行业很少使用。

二、拉丝薄膜料

拉丝薄膜料托盘的机械强度约为共聚聚丙烯料托盘的百分之七十左右,虽然韧性好,但是在使用过程中容易发生弯曲,透光和抗表面老化性能不及共聚聚丙烯料托盘,如果在制造薄膜料托盘时没有添加足够的抗老化材料,时间稍长就容易在强烈的阳光下过早地发生表面龟裂、脆化等现象。薄膜料制造出的托盘透气性及传导热量的速度都比共聚聚丙烯大,也就是说再冬天容易变脆,从而在使用过程中容易发生断裂等现象,在无形中也就增加了使用成本。

为了更好的满足客户的需求,威海都程塑料有限公司于2005年初研制成功以共聚聚丙烯为原材料的托盘。此材料又称改性聚丙烯(EPS30R),是在聚丙烯分子中添加聚乙烯的分子单体,使其性能兼具了以上两种原材料的优点,达到做载重塑料托盘的标准;并使使用寿命延长8-15年。共聚聚丙烯特点是:抗冲击性能强,强度较好,也就是说由此材料制造出的托盘韧性强,同时又不容易发生弯曲;耐低温,耐候(抗老化,抗紫外线等)时间长,收缩率小。在北方地区,冬季气温低,且冬夏温差大,容易使塑料托盘变脆发生断裂,加快老化速度;而共聚聚丙烯托盘正是弥补这一不足,从而达到更好的使用效果,也就从根本上降低了使用成本,是托盘行业更新换代的材料。

五、回收塑料

回收塑料制作的托盘,颜色较暗,低廉,但其耐候(抗老化,抗紫外线等)时间短,强度较弱,抗冲击能力差,耐低温性能差(受力容易断裂,使用周期短),使用成本远高于前三种材料。
