一、三层瓦楞纸箱

三层瓦楞纸箱又称单瓦楞纸箱，其纸板结构是由一张瓦楞芯纸两面各粘一张面纸组合而成。三层瓦楞纸箱主要用于包装重量较轻的内包装物。常用楞型有A、B、C、E瓦楞，其中E瓦又称微瓦楞纸箱，主要用于小家电等，B瓦常用于食品、饮料行业等的包装。

五层瓦楞纸箱又称双瓦楞纸箱，五层瓦楞纸箱的纸板结构是由面纸、里纸、芯纸和两张瓦楞芯纸粘合而成。常见楞型组合有：AB楞、CB楞、BE楞等...而纸板厚度也会不同！AB楞厚度为7毫米、CB瓦楞为6毫米、BE瓦楞为4.5~5毫米！每种瓦楞用途也不一样，AB楞CB楞用于大纸箱，如空调、冰箱、电视、电脑、等大物件纸箱... 特点：缓冲性非常好，起到大物件在运输途中不受损。BE楞则用于小纸箱，如快递包裹、数码电子产品、日用百货、等小物件纸箱... 特点：强度高，硬度硬，起到更好的保护，外观精致小巧不臃肿。

七层瓦楞纸箱又称为七层瓦楞纸板。即三芯双面七层纸板，由两层箱纸板和三层瓦楞原纸制成。主要用于重型商品（如摩托车、钢琴等）的包装箱，或包装大型电器、小型机床等，也可用其作一些高强特殊衬垫。GB/T 6544－1999《包装材料 瓦楞纸板》标准中将单瓦楞纸板和双瓦楞纸板按质量分为优等品（适用于出口商品及贵重物品包装用瓦楞纸板）、一等品（适用于内销物品包装用瓦楞纸板）、合格品（适用于短途、低廉商品包装用瓦楞纸板）。
